MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time for a mini session and up to 60 minutes for a full session. Session Fee includes up to 20 fully edited final images for download for a mini session or up to 50 for a full session.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (24 hour notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5-10 minutes early and fully ready due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
PETS: Pets are permitted at your shoot. However, they must be kept on leashes and you are responsible for cleaning up after them.Please inform me if you plan to bring your pets.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Kelly Dillman.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining images for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
DELIVERY OF IMAGES: Images will be sent to you in a secure, password protected online gallery for you to download from. You will receive a minimum of 20 images. When posting on social media, alteration of the images including cropping, adding filters or additional photoshop work by anyone other than Kelly Dillman is not permitted.
